More about me

After earning a BSc in Biological Sciences, I obtained a certificate in Counselling Skills. In 2004, I lived and worked in Central and South America, dedicating a year to studying with Con Ciencia Indígena in Mexico. This experience focused on enhancing attention, shedding old patterns, and walking a path with a heart. The training delved into understanding the ego, recognising unhealthy patterns, and employing transformative tools like deep nature connection, recapitulation, and vision quests.

My journey continued with collaboration with Brandon Bays and studies in Reiki and Bach Flower Remedies.  Then, a two-year training to become a Minister of Walking Prayer with the Center for Sacred Studies (CSS) in California, where I now work as a spiritual mentor, supporting students. This training encompassed Earth-based connections from various traditions, the power of prayer, spiritual practices, and tending to sacred space.

Simultaneously, I pursued an MSc in land-based conservation at Bangor University, leading me to Wales. I then commenced on an apprenticeship with Arwyn DreamWalker, a teacher and healer in the Medicine Traditions of Turtle Island.  I delved into Creative Kinesiology in 2012—a tradition utilising muscle testing to investigate bodily issues. Subsequently, I completed a practitioner training in Perceptual Bodywork in 2019, mastering techniques for release, healing and bringing the body’s systems into balance.

In 2023, I achieved certification as a Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner, adopting the psychotherapeutic approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté and I am currently working as an intern for the organisation supporting their ongoing courses.

Expanding my toolkit, I trained with Annu Tarra in Cacao medicine, Daniel Floor in Ancestral healing, and Shawna Bluestar Newcombe: one of the Mother Earth Delegates.

Offering one-to-one therapy, spiritual mentorship, and divination sessions both online and in person, I also teach divination and create transformative ceremonial spaces using movement, cacao, and sacred fire. Regular community dances aligned with the Celtic calendar and the use of herbs to clear and cleanse spaces are integral aspects of my offerings.
